Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, where consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal act for purposes that cannot be largely attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 1 month without giving any reason.

The notice period is 1 month from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the latest items.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we have made all of the payments to you that we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer ) to repay immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; no costs will be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has passed.

You bear the direct costs for returning the goods.
You only have to pay for loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is the result of treatment that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

General information

1) Avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, make sure that it is sufficiently protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) If possible, please do not return the goods to us.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
